Keven Stratton helps family-run business owners stay out of court and out of conflict, building the legal foundation and estate plan that protects both their business and their family before a crisis forces the issue.

Keven is a sixth-generation entrepreneur in Utah Valley. He grew up inside an entrepreneurial family and learned early what it actually takes to keep a family business alive between generations, which is why he built Stratton Law Group, PLLC around estate and business planning estate and business planning and H-2A and H-2B employment-based immigration for family business owners.

He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017, along with a Master of Science in Financial Planning and a Graduate Certificate in Charitable Planning. During law school, he served as Lead Articles Editor for the Texas Tech Journal of Estate Planning & Community Property and published Making Millennial Money Matter: Benefit Corporations and Their Role in Estate Planning for Social Entrepreneurs. He is licensed to practice in Utah.

Outside of the firm, Keven has taught Personal Financial Planning as an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University. He has served as Chief Impact Officer and General Counsel for one of Utah's largest privately-held landscape companies. He also chaired the Government Affairs Council for the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), leading federal and state advocacy for the green industry. His work earned him NALP's 2026 Advocate of the Year Award.

Keven has served hundreds of clients across Utah, with one goal: helping business owners get to the point where they never have to choose between protecting their company and protecting their family.
